IMAG — Image Magnification — puts your performers, speakers and presenters on the big screen in real time: crystal clear, perfectly cut, broadcast quality. From festival mainstages to arena tours and corporate conferences, we make sure the back row sees every moment the front row does.
IMAG is the big screen relay you see either side of the stage at festivals, arena shows and large conferences — a live, multi-camera cut of the performer or speaker, mixed in real time and pushed straight to screen. Done well, it's invisible: the audience simply feels closer to the stage, whichever seat they're in.
A big screen is only as good as what's feeding it. Here's what a professional IMAG crew brings that a single fixed camera never can.
Crystal-clear real-time magnification for arenas, festivals and theatres — no craning necks or squinting from the back.
Experienced multi-camera operators and vision mixers who've worked major festival and arena stages.
We slot into your existing production, working alongside lighting, sound and your AV or screen supplier.
From a 200-seat conference to a festival mainstage — the same broadcast-quality standard, every time.
Happy to run the whole screen package end-to-end, or simply supply IMAG cameras and crew into someone else's rig.
Festivals, arena tours, corporate conferences and awards ceremonies who book us again and again.
We talk through your stage, screens and schedule, and review the site or plans ahead of the day.
Broadcast-spec cameras, vision-mixing kit and an experienced crew assigned to your event.
We rig in, test feeds with your AV and lighting teams, and run a show call before doors open.
Multi-camera vision mixed live throughout your event, cut in real time onto the big screen.
Tell us about your stage, your screens and your date — we'll take it from there.
IMAG stands for Image Magnification — the live, multi-camera video feed shown on big screens either side of (or above) a stage. It's mixed in real time by a vision mixer, cutting between camera angles so the audience always has a clear, close-up view of the performer, speaker or presenter, no matter how far back they're sat.
Anywhere the audience is bigger than the stage: music festivals and mainstages, arena and stadium tours, corporate conferences and AGMs, awards ceremonies, graduations, product launches and large theatre productions. If people at the back can't see faces clearly, IMAG earns its keep.
It depends on the size and layout of your event. A smaller conference might run on two cameras and an operator; a festival mainstage could need a full multi-camera crew with a dedicated vision mixer. We'll recommend the right set-up once we know your stage, audience size and brief.
Yes — this is one of the most common ways we work. We supply the IMAG cameras, crew and vision mixing, and feed our clean output straight into your AV supplier's screens, LED wall or broadcast desk. We're used to slotting into someone else's production without adding friction on the day.
We can run the whole package end-to-end — cameras, vision mixing and screens — or simply supply the camera and vision-mixing side into a rig you've already sourced. Whichever suits your event and budget, just let us know what you've already got in place.
As early as you can, especially for festival season and peak conference months when crew and kit get booked up fast. That said, get in touch even if your date is close — we'll always try to help if we have the capacity.
IMAG is the in-room big screen relay for the audience physically at your event. Live streaming takes that (or a similar) production and pushes it out to remote viewers online. We offer both, separately or together — so your in-room audience and your online audience can get the same broadcast-quality coverage.
Yes. We're based in the North East of England but work on stages and screens across the UK, from local venues to major festivals and arena tours nationwide.
